第１回OCNCセミナーのご案内（学内対象）
下記の通り、第１回OCNCセミナーを開催いたします。
カーボンニュートラルの実現に向けては、地球温暖化対策に関する短・中期的な政策課題と長期的な目標を統合的に捉え、各種技術の役割や関係性を整理した上で、統合評価モデルを用いて将来シナリオを定量的に分析することが重要となっています。
本セミナー講師の増井利彦教授（大阪大学工学研究科環境エネルギー工学専攻）は、長年、国立環境研究所で統合評価モデルAIM（Asia-Pacific Integrated Model）の開発に取り組み、その結果は国内の環境政策だけでなく海外の気候変動政策にも広く活用されてきました。
本セミナーでは、増井教授が、各種エネルギー需給技術や社会変容を含めた取り組みがエネルギーモデルにおいてどのように扱われるかを中心に、日本の脱炭素シナリオの定量化と課題についてお話しします。

Announcement of the 1st OCNC Seminar
(University Members only)
We are pleased to announce that the 1st OCNC seminar will be held on June 25, 2026.
To achieve carbon neutrality, it is important to take an integrated view of short- and medium-term policy challenges and long-term goals for climate change mitigation, and to quantitatively analyze future scenarios using integrated assessment models, after organizing the roles and interrelationships of various technologies.
Over many years, Professor Toshihiko Masui has worked on the development of integrated assessment model known as AIM (Asia-Pacific Integrated Model) at the National Institute for Environmental Studies, and the results have been widely used not only in domestic environmental policy but also in climate change policy overseas.
In this seminar, Professor Masui will focus on how climate mitigation measures including various energy supply and demand technologies and social transformation are represented in energy models and give a talk on the quantification of Japan’s decarbonization scenarios and challenges.
